Ayurveda and Yoga

Ayurveda is the science of life, of being.

We are all made of 5 elements. Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. The proportion of each element within us makes every person unique. This natural balance isd called prakruti, our individual constitution. When this balance shifts, a disbalance betweeen our doshas occurs (which are elements in quantities in our unique being) Tha is named as our current state of imbalance, vikruti. You can take a test and see what is your vikruti (current state of imbalance. that we feel as disturbance or illnesses). While this test is not a definitive diagnosis, shows our uniqueness and offers valuable guidance. You will be very suprised by the results.
